01 / Configuration directions

One crane interface.
Four ways to start the review.

Choose a starting direction and continue configuring. Each direction changes the trolley choice; the actual duty, controls and crane fit require project confirmation.

Standard Double-Girder

STANDARD DIRECTION

Standard Double-Girder

A starting arrangement for a defined double-girder crane. Review rail geometry, wheel loads, hook approach and supply scope.

Compact Crab Layout

COMPACT DIRECTION

Compact Crab Layout

Review the trolley package where available installation space and crane-side dimensions matter. Confirm gauge, wheelbase and access.

Higher-Duty Direction

DUTY REVIEW

Higher-Duty Direction

Discuss operating cycles, starts, required speeds and control scope before confirming the working duty and hoist arrangement.

02 / Configure & plan

Define the lifting task.
Keep the crane in the specification.

Keep all 13 original configuration fields together. The budget, matching guide band and complete enquiry update with your choices, including beam and crane-interface notes.

Build Your European Double-Girder Spec

Send the crane layout and rail dimensions. State lifting and travel speeds separately, together with the expected operating cycle and available installation space.

10 t
12 m
8 m/min

For Project quantity, add the exact number required. The original calculator applies a planning adjustment for that band.

03 / Original reference bands

A first planning reference.
A defined crane scope comes next.

These three original guide bands are retained. Highlighting follows the estimate’s upper value: up to US$8,600 / up to US$11,000 / above US$11,000. A highlight does not guarantee a quote inside the card.

Standard Discussion

US$ 6,880–8,480

An original reference band for lower-capacity and standard indoor project discussion.

General Export Review

US$ 8,480–10,980

An original reference band for new crane, workshop and upgrade enquiries.

Higher Duty / Custom

US$ 10,980–13,980

An original reference band for more demanding duty or customized crane interfaces.

The live estimate can cross or exceed the guide bands. Final pricing follows the crane drawing, duty review, electrical scope, exact quantity and agreed commercial terms.

04 / Technical parameters

Hoist and trolley.
One coordinated crane layout.

The six original technical reference rows are retained. Final dimensions, operating duty and crane compatibility follow the selected project specification.

Typical Capacity Range3 t to 32 t project discussion range
Typical Lift Height6 m to 36 m depending on crane duty and working scene
Structure DirectionEuropean-style electric wire rope hoist arrangement for double-girder crane applications
Control OptionsPendant, remote, VFD-assisted lifting/travel discussion
Power SupplyExport voltage can be customized according to installation country
Working SceneDouble-girder overhead cranes, workshop transfer bays, fabrication shops, maintenance areas and higher-duty bridge-crane projects

European-style describes the arrangement direction; final performance, conformity documentation and supply scope are confirmed for the selected package.

05 / Product gallery

Review the trolley package.
Confirm the crane-side fit.

Four original product photographs. Confirm final dimensions, interface details and running arrangement against the selected model drawing.

06 / Applications & coordination

New crane projects.
Existing crane upgrades.

Review workshop transfer bays, fabrication shops, maintenance lifting and higher-duty bridge-crane work with the crane structure and operating task together.

WHAT TO CONFIRM

Structure, motion and access.

  • New double-girder crane and trolley package coordination.
  • Existing rail geometry, structural limits and replacement dimensions.
  • Duty, required positioning and drive/control scope.
  • Maintenance access and export electrical requirements.

07 / Before you specify

Questions for your
European double-girder project.

Clear crane-interface and operating requirements guide the final configuration.

Discuss your trolley package ↗
When should I consider a European double-girder hoist?

Review this direction when you want a European-style trolley arrangement for a defined double-girder crane. Compare actual rail fit, installation envelope, operating duty and control requirements in the technical proposal.

Can it replace an existing hoist unit?

Replacement can be reviewed after checking the existing crane layout, rail gauge/profile, wheelbase, wheel loads, hook approach and control interfaces. Send the old nameplate, drawings and installation photos.

Which crane details help the quotation?

Capacity, lift, lifting/travel speeds, duty cycle, rail geometry, available space, power supply and country are useful first inputs. Include the expected wheel loads or structural limits where available.

What does Project quantity mean in the budget?

It retains the original +18% planning adjustment. The actual number of hoists remains to be specified; the displayed range is not a confirmed per-unit or total order price. Request a quotation with the exact quantity and price basis.

Why does changing voltage not change the estimate?

The original formula does not include a separate voltage factor. Power, crane structure and interface notes are recorded in the enquiry. The final electrical and project scope can affect the confirmed quotation.

Does VFD + Remote include both original reference adders?

Yes. The original calculator adds the VFD and Remote amounts together. The actual hoist/travel drive scope, control functions, speeds and required working duty still need technical confirmation.
