01 / Designed around your clearance

More lifting space.
A compact crane arrangement.

A low headroom overhead crane uses a compact hoist and trolley arrangement to reduce the space needed above the hook. It helps make use of the available lifting height in workshops with limited roof clearance.

Choose a low-headroom or ultra-low headroom trolley, with a wire-rope or chain hoist. Match capacity, span, lift height and operating duty to your application and existing bay.

your available headroom?

Understand the configuration choices and prepare the clearance details needed for your project quotation.

Discuss your crane project ↗
What does a low headroom overhead crane help with?

The compact hoist and trolley arrangement reduces the space needed above the hook, helping use the available lifting height. Final hook approach and clearance depend on the selected crane and your workshop layout.

Can I select an ultra-low headroom trolley or a chain hoist?

Both are included in the configurator alongside the low-headroom trolley and wire-rope hoist. The arrangement is reviewed against load, duty, required lift and bay dimensions before quotation.

Is the online estimate a firm quotation?

No. It is a budgetary ex-works range for the total quantity selected. Final pricing requires confirmation of drawings, duty, equipment selection and supply scope.

Which workshop dimensions should I provide?

Share span, required lifting height, runway length, roof clearance and a bay drawing. Include the desired hook approach, capacity, load type, operating duty, power supply and environment.

Are shipping and installation included in the estimate?

The estimator is labelled ex-works. Shipping, installation and commissioning support are confirmed separately in the commercial scope. State your destination and required support when enquiring.
