Part numbers, clear photos and interface dimensions help define the right replacement or package.

Ask About My Components ↗
Can I enquire about more than one category?

Yes. Add several categories to your enquiry, then provide a BOM with quantities and specifications for each component. The enquiry can cover one spare part or a coordinated package.

Can you review compatible parts for an existing crane?

Share the crane model, nameplates, component details, mounting dimensions and interface photos. Compatibility and any adaptation are confirmed in the technical proposal.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send a component list or BOM, quantities, part numbers, crane type/capacity, duty, speeds, power, working environment and required standards. Include drawings or photos of rails, wheels, shafts, beams and mountings where relevant.

Do you provide installation and commissioning support?

Share the installation scope and site requirements. Wiring diagrams, documentation and support arrangements are agreed for the project; on-site availability is confirmed separately.

What if I do not know the component name?

Leave the selection open and describe the problem or handling task. A nameplate photo, overall view and key dimensions can help identify the component direction.

How are price and delivery confirmed?

The quotation follows the component specifications, quantities, interfaces, documentation and supply scope. Include your target date; availability and delivery are confirmed in the offer.

06 / Your accessories enquiry
