Webbing Slings
Flat polyester webbing for suitable protected surfaces. Configure rated requirement, length, eye design and edge protection.
Round Slings
Flexible endless round slings. Confirm load geometry, contact edges, jacket construction and material compatibility.
Chain Slings
G80/G100/G120 categories as listed in the original page, with suitable master links, hooks and leg arrangements.
Wire Rope Slings
Eye-and-eye or assembled legs with thimbles and fittings. Specify rope construction, termination and finish.

The rated arrangement is affected by hitch method, leg geometry, material, end hardware and the manufacturer’s marking.
Hitch & angle
Confirm whether the assembly is straight, choker, basket or a multi-leg bridle. Angles must be defined consistently.
Service environment
Check edges, abrasion, chemicals, temperature and compatibility with the material and protective equipment.

Can this configurator approve a sling for lifting?
No. It collects requirements and estimates simplified tension or purchasing budget only. A certified sling WLL and permitted hitch arrangement must be confirmed using the actual product tag, manufacturer tables and an approved lift plan.
Does the angle mean angle from vertical?
No. The field uses degrees above the horizontal plane. A vertical leg is 90 degrees from horizontal. Lower angles can cause higher tension in load-bearing branches.
Are G80, G100 and G120 chains interchangeable?
No. Grade, diameter, end hardware, configuration and manufacturer-approved rating must all match the assembly. An automatic grade multiplier is not an adequate basis for selecting lifting equipment.
What if I need chemical or high-temperature resistance?
Include the operating environment and exact exposure conditions in your enquiry. Some sling materials may be unsuitable even with protective accessories; product-specific compatibility must be verified.
Can I send my existing sling label or drawing?
Yes. Please share the WLL tag, sling length, eye or fitting details, construction and available drawings, as well as the required documentation and quantity.
