The hoist and trolley are reviewed for running below a supporting beam. Beam profile, flange dimensions, trolley fit, load and available space determine the project arrangement.
Can I use the hoist on my existing beam?
Send the beam drawing or measured flange width and thickness, rated load, available headroom and site photos. Compatibility must be confirmed from the actual hoist and trolley dimensions.
Can a low-headroom trolley improve the available hook height?
A low-headroom direction can be reviewed when installation space is limited. Provide the required hook height and measured headroom; any benefit depends on the selected model and beam arrangement.
Does the quantity choice show a total order budget?
No. The original model adjusts a per-hoist reference range for the selected quantity band. It does not multiply by an exact quantity, and the 3–5 sets and bulk options are bands. Request a quotation for the exact project quantity.
Which selections change the live budget?
The original formula uses load, lift, hoisting speed, duty, beam direction, trolley and quantity band. Reeving, flange information, controls, power, environment and notes are recorded for quotation without separate price factors in this model.
What should I send for a replacement project?
Include the old hoist nameplate, beam and trolley dimensions, required load and lift, available space, power supply and installation photographs. Confirm duty classification and the final technical specification before ordering.
