How does a tie-rod jib crane fit the workstation?
It uses wall or column brackets and a tie-rod support connected above the boom. Send the desired outreach, available clearance above the boom and attachment positions so the layout can be checked.
Can it be attached to an existing wall or column?
The supporting steel column or reinforced-concrete wall and its attachment points must be checked for the crane loads. Send dimensions, drawings and site photographs for the mounting review.
Is under-boom height the same as lifting height?
No. The hoist and trolley use headroom below the boom. Specify your required hook height and available space above the boom as separate requirements.
How do I choose the rotation and power feed?
The page retains 180°, 200° and 270° with collector configuration options. The achievable swing envelope and power-feed arrangement depend on the mounting and surrounding obstructions, and are confirmed in the proposal.
What does the budget estimate include?
It is a planning estimate for the selected crane configuration and quantity on an EXW basis. Freight, duties, civil works and installation are excluded. Final equipment scope, structure and anchor requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Provide load, outreach, under-boom or required hook height, rotation, quantity and destination. Add the site voltage, frequency, phase, operating cycle and wall / column details; the power-feed selector describes cable management, not electrical voltage.
