01 / Find your crane
Five designs.
One practical shortlist.
Choose by how the crane mounts, where the load needs to travel and what obstacles surround the workstation. Select a type to explore its details or bring it into your enquiry.
5 of 5 product types
01 / JIB SERIESArticulating Jib Crane
Reach around machines and obstacles with a jointed arm for precise load placement.
02 / JIB SERIESFloor-Mounted Jib Crane
An independent workstation lift with a floor-mounted column and wide working coverage.
03 / JIB SERIESWall-Mounted Jib Crane
Keep the floor clear by mounting the jib to a suitable structural wall or building column.
04 / JIB SERIESTie-Rod Jib Crane
A tied support arrangement for economical workstation handling and suitable retrofits.
05 / JIB SERIESWall-Travelling Jib Crane
Move the jib along a runway to serve multiple workstations across an assembly bay.
Not sure which design fits?
Send a workshop photo or layout and tell us the load, reach and available mounting points.
02 / Match the installation
Compare the working arrangement.
These are selection starting points. Structural capacity, foundation reactions and clearances need engineering review before installation.
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to see all columns.
| Crane type | Best fit | Installation consideration | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Articulating Jib Crane | Working around obstacles | Multi-joint arm; review reach and joint movement. | Enquire ↗ |
| Floor-Mounted Jib Crane | Independent installation | Requires foundation and anchor design. | Enquire ↗ |
| Wall-Mounted Jib Crane | Saving floor space | Check wall or column capacity and mounting details. | Enquire ↗ |
| Tie-Rod Jib Crane | Economical retrofit | Needs an engineered overhead tie point. | Enquire ↗ |
| Wall-Travelling Jib Crane | Long bay coverage | Runs along a runway; suited to assembly lines. | Enquire ↗ |
Check rotation and working radius, mounting structure, power supply, duty and environment together. Foundation / column checks and brackets form part of the engineering discussion.
03 / Early budget planning
A starting range.
Then a confirmed proposal.
Typical FOB China equipment budgets from the original product page. These ranges help plan a project; the final price follows your specifications and supply scope.
Light-duty wall
& tie-rod jibs
USD / FOB CHINA1,500–4,000
Up to approximately 1 t, short reach, manual slewing and a chain hoist. A starting point for small workstations, maintenance and retrofits.
Floor-mounted
pillar jibs
USD / FOB CHINA3,500–9,000
Typical 1–5 t capacity and 3–6 m jib length, with electric slewing and a wire-rope hoist. Foundation, anchor bolts and installation are quoted separately.
Articulating &
wall-travelling jibs
USD / FOB CHINA8,000–18,000
Complex reach, multiple joints or long-bay coverage. Automation, radio control and special environments may increase the cost.
Non-binding equipment references, not a live price calculation or a formal quotation. Confirm capacity, reach, height, rotation, hoist, duty, supply scope and shipping terms with our team.
04 / Flexible supply scope
Complete crane.
Or a local-weld structure kit.
Partial kits can reduce shipping volume and help adapt the structure to local fabrication requirements. We review your installation and fabrication capability before agreeing the scope.
CYCRANE supply
Critical lifting components.
- Hoist, slewing drive and bearing
- Electrics and critical components
- Shop drawings and installation / welding instructions
- Foundation reactions and anchor guidance
Wall brackets and tie assemblies are matched to the confirmed wall or column structure.
Local fabrication scope
Reviewed against your site.
- Main pillar and base plates
- Approved wall brackets or tie assemblies
- Runway beams for wall-travelling designs
- Foundation, anchors and civil works
Local work must follow the agreed drawings and engineering requirements. Final responsibilities are listed in the proposal.
- 01 / SHARE THE SITE
Load, layout & mounting.
Send dimensions, photos and available wall, column or foundation information. NDA available on request.
- 02 / REVIEW THE DESIGN
Check the working envelope.
Confirm rotation, hoist, structural interfaces and the split between factory and local supply.
- 03 / CONFIRM THE ORDER
Agree price & delivery.
Receive the technical scope, drawings and schedule for the selected arrangement.
05 / Before you enquire
A few useful answers.
Send the information you already have. If a detail is undecided, write “Please recommend”.
Discuss your workstation ↗Can rotation and slewing be customized?
Yes. Share the required rotation angle, working radius and manual or powered slewing preference. The suitable arrangement depends on mounting, load and surrounding obstacles.
Do you provide foundation or wall-mount drawings?
We provide the agreed installation interface drawings and reaction / anchor guidance. Foundation and wall or column suitability must be checked against your site conditions before installation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Start with capacity, jib length and height under boom. Add mounting type, rotation, hoist, slewing, power, duty and indoor / outdoor / explosion-proof requirements where known. A workshop layout or photo is helpful.
What do the budget ranges include?
The three ranges are typical FOB China equipment references. They are not confirmed project prices. Foundation, anchor bolts and installation for floor-mounted pillar jibs are quoted separately; final inclusions and shipping terms are confirmed in the proposal.
06 / Your workstation enquiry
