01 / Defined by your area classification

Match your yard.
Define the Ex equipment package.

An explosion-proof gantry crane combines a rail-mounted, ground-running arrangement with an Ex equipment package specified for the hazardous area classification. It supports yard handling where building-supported overhead runways are not available.

Plan handling for tank farms, loading yards, drum storage, ISO tank areas and process pipe racks. Confirm zoning, gas or dust requirements, temperature requirements, gantry layout and yard conditions before the final equipment and documentation scope is agreed.

Questions about
your Ex requirements?

Prepare area data and understand the equipment and documentation scope needed for your quotation.

Discuss your crane project ↗
Which hazardous area and yard details should I provide?

Send the area classification, zone, gas group or dust requirements, temperature requirements and project destination. Include capacity, span between legs, lift height, duty, yard layout, rails, utilities and wind conditions.

Can I request ATEX, IECEx or CNEx documentation?

State the required scheme and destination in your enquiry. Certification scope depends on configuration, location and notified body requirements. The applicable equipment and documentation scope are confirmed for the specific project before the final quotation.

Which outdoor and non-sparking options are available?

The original specification includes rail clamps, storm pins, tie-down anchors and parking devices. Non-sparking rub pieces, buffers and wheels, weather covers and stainless fasteners are configured to project requirements. Final protection devices and equipment are reviewed against the hazardous area and yard conditions.

Why does the configurator show T4, T5 and T6?

These are the original selectable temperature-class options. The technical specification retains the broader T1–T6 application-dependent range. Share the project temperature requirements; equipment selection and certification scope are confirmed through Ex review.

Is the online estimate a firm quotation?

No. It is a budgetary ex-works range for the total quantity selected. Drawings, area classification, duty, yard conditions and Ex review determine the final quotation. Shipping and installation support are agreed separately. Selecting options does not confirm equipment certification or suitability for use.
