For a defined workshop or crane layout, compare CD / MD, double-girder trolley and underslung hoists. For space constraints, compare the compact and European-style group. For hazardous, galvanizing, grab or foundry processes, start with the application requirements.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Share capacity, lift height, trolley travel, beam or track details, available headroom, site power, control and operating duty. Unknown details can be left blank. A drawing or an existing equipment photo is useful.
Does low headroom describe the lifting height?
They describe different requirements. Available headroom limits the installation envelope, while lift height describes the required vertical hook travel. Share both, with a drawing where possible.
Can I send details for a replacement hoist?
Yes. Choose the replacement application and attach the old hoist nameplate, photographs, mounting dimensions, beam or track details and required duty.
What is needed for an explosion-proof or foundry application?
For a hazardous area, provide the area classification and applicable protection requirements. For foundry or high-temperature work, describe the lifted material, temperature exposure and operating duty. Product selection alone does not establish project compliance.
Are the displayed reference prices firm quotations?
No. The original FOB China category bands are planning references. They are not calculated from the selected product, capacity or quantity. Final configuration, supply scope, commercial terms and schedule require confirmation.
