A rail-guided cart follows a defined track; a trackless cart works on a suitable floor with space for steering. Share your layout, floor conditions, gradients and turning areas so we can review the appropriate arrangement.
Is a battery-powered cart always trackless?
No. Battery power describes the energy source. A battery-powered cart may use rails or a trackless steering arrangement, depending on the design.
Can you customize a cart for coils or dies?
Coil saddles, V-decks and tooling fixtures can be discussed. Send the load weight, dimensions, orientation, loading method and restraint requirements for engineering review.
Can the cart work with cranes or production lines?
Docking heights, positioning arrangements, PLC I/O and interlock signals can be reviewed with your site team. The interfaces and responsibilities are confirmed in the technical proposal.
What safety options can I request?
Depending on the application, options can include emergency stops, bumpers, scanners, audible / visual alarms, speed limits and operating zones. The final selection follows the project safety review.
Are the budget bands a confirmed quotation?
No. They are the original page’s indicative FOB China equipment budget ranges. The selected band is included in your enquiry as a planning reference. Final pricing requires review of your configuration, site conditions and supply scope.
