Can I request ATEX, IECEx or CNEx documentation?
State the required scheme and destination in your enquiry. The applicable equipment, certification and documentation scope are confirmed for the specific project before the final quotation.
Which crane options can I configure?
The configurator includes duty group, wire-rope or chain hoist, zone, gas group or dust, temperature class, protection type, controls, environment, non-sparking kit and stainless hardware. Equipment selection is subject to area classification and Ex review.
Is the online estimate a firm quotation?
No. It is a budgetary ex-works range for the total quantity selected. Final pricing follows drawings, area classification, duty, supply-scope confirmation and Ex review. The estimate does not confirm certification or suitability for use.
Are shipping and installation included in the estimate?
The estimator is labelled ex-works. Shipping, installation and commissioning support are confirmed separately in the commercial scope. State your destination and required support when enquiring.
