6 crane types
Workshop liftingSingle Girder Overhead Crane
A practical starting point for everyday lifting in workshops, warehouses and production areas.
Heavy liftingDouble Girder Overhead Crane
A configuration to consider for higher loads, longer spans and demanding production operations.
Limited clearanceLow Headroom Overhead Crane
A compact hoist arrangement for projects where available hook height and building clearance matter.
Suspended runwayUnderslung Overhead Crane
An under-running crane arrangement. Share the supporting structure and site clearances for review.
Hazardous environmentsExplosion-Proof Overhead Crane
Discuss your hazardous-area application, zone classification and required certification before selection.
Controlled environmentsCleanroom Overhead Crane
Discuss the cleanliness class, materials and particle-control requirements for your production area.
Describe your lifting task or share a workshop photo. We will help you review the options.
02 / Selection guide
Which overhead crane fits your site?
The right configuration depends on more than lifting capacity. Building clearance, load handling and operating frequency all matter.
| Crane configuration | Consider for | Useful details to send |
|---|---|---|
| Single girder | General workshop and warehouse lifting | Load, span and operating frequency |
| Double girder | Higher loads or demanding production duty | Duty, lift height and handling process |
| Low headroom | Limited clearance and required hook height | Clear height and building cross-section |
| Underslung | Under-running crane layouts | Runway arrangement and supporting structure |
| Explosion-proof | Hazardous-area applications | Zone, substances and certification requirements |
| Cleanroom | Controlled production environments | Cleanliness class and material requirements |

03 / Quotation planning
What affects overhead crane price?
Request a budget for your actual configuration. Crane dimensions, working duty and supply scope can change the equipment and freight cost.
Capacity, span & lift height
Load and dimensions shape the bridge, hoist and supporting interfaces needed for your site.
Duty, controls & environment
Operating hours, speed requirements, power supply and special environments affect component selection.
Equipment, freight & site work
Confirm the crane, runway items, installation support and complete-crane or local-weld supply option.
10 t capacity · 16 m span · 6 m lifting height · 380 V / 50 Hz · indoor workshop
Example only. Replace these values with your own project requirements.04 / Flexible supply options
Long beams making shipping difficult?
Ask about a local-weld beam kit. We can review a supply package of crane components and interface drawings while your local fabrication partner produces the agreed steelwork.
Complete overhead crane
Crane equipment and agreed steelwork supplied for your project. Confirm dimensions, packing and shipment scope.
Components + local fabrication
Agree the component list, engineered interfaces and responsibilities with your local fabrication and installation team.
05 / From enquiry to supply
A clear path from requirements to quotation.
Share your requirements
Send the load, site dimensions and application. Drawings or workshop photos are useful.
Review the configuration
Discuss the crane type, hoist, controls and interfaces needed for your project.
Confirm price & scope
Align technical details, supply scope, commercial terms and production schedule.
Arrange delivery & support
Confirm packing, shipping and installation support as part of the agreed project scope.

07 / Common questions
Before you send your enquiry.
A few details help us review your application and prepare a relevant proposal.
What information is needed for an overhead crane quotation?
Start with capacity, span, lifting height and destination. Operating hours, power supply, runway conditions and drawings help us refine the configuration. You can still enquire if some details are unknown.
Should I choose a single girder or double girder crane?
The choice depends on the load, span, duty and available clearance. Send the application and building dimensions so we can review which arrangement is suitable.
Can you help when the workshop has limited headroom?
We can review low headroom and underslung arrangements against your building layout. Share the clear height, required hook height and supporting structure details.
Can I request a quote without technical drawings?
Yes. Tell us the lifting task and the dimensions you know. Workshop photos or a simple sketch can help us identify the information needed for the next step.
Can you supply a beam-free crane kit?
We can discuss a local-weld supply option. The component list, steelwork, engineered interfaces and fabrication responsibilities must be confirmed for the individual project.
How are delivery time and special requirements confirmed?
Production and shipping schedules are confirmed with the final configuration and order scope. For hazardous areas or clean environments, include the zone or cleanliness class and any required certification.
